Terms of Service
Effective August 20, 2026
Tyrvar is currently offered as an early-access (“alpha”) service. These terms apply to that early-access use and may be updated as the product matures. This page is a plain-language summary of our terms and is not a substitute for legal advice.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Tyrvar (the “Service”), including the public demo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Tyrvar helps B2B teams respond to security and vendor-risk questionnaires by mapping your existing compliance material to a canonical schema and automatically drafting answers for your review. The Service is provided to assist your team; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving every answer before it is shared with a third party.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content you do not have the right to submit;
- use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
- upload malware or use the Service to store or transmit harmful code.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the questionnaires, documents, and other material you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Tyrvar a limited license to host, process, and analyze Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. How we handle Your Content is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI processing and service improvement
The Service uses AI models to analyze Your Content and draft answers. Tyrvar does not train AI models on Your Content. Tyrvar measures how the Service performs and, unless you opt out, may review questions the Service could not answer in order to improve its question coverage. Your Content is never redistributed or sold. Opt-out controls are provided where the Service offers this choice (for example, on the public demo), and we honor opt-out settings on your account.
7. No professional advice
Tyrvar helps you draft responses; it does not provide legal, compliance, or security certification advice. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any questionnaire you submit to a third party.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because the Service is in an early-access phase, it may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. We do not warrant that AI-generated answers will be accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyrvar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service or its users.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
