What is a confidentiality agreement (NDA)?
A confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a contract that obliges the signer to protect confidential information. For employees and contractors it is often a clause in the employment or services agreement. Confidentiality obligations usually continue after the relationship ends.
